BLOWERS
Blowers can be categorised as Centrifugal, side channel or roots blowers.
Centrifugal blowers can be used for industrial or aeration applications where air pressure or vacuum does not exceed 10-12 kPa.
At operating pressures or vacuums between 10 to 40kPa we recommend the use of side channel blowers. Blowers are used for floating tables, air knives, aeration of ponds and tanks & water agitation. Side channel blowers offer clean un-contaminated air as no lubricants are added into the air passing passages.
Models certified and ATEX rated are used for handling flammable gasses and are generally used for gas recovery from dumping sites treatment plants.
Rotary blowers offer a pressure range up to 1000mBar and airflow rates up to 25000m³/h.
High performance rotary tri lobe blowers, superior efficiency, low noise emission, small footprint, minimum maintenance, competitive operating costs and long service life. Equipped with a special low pulse system to reduce pressure pulsations.

Motors can be standard industry type with flange mounting or the normal integral motor. Multiple Voltages available to meet site power supply.

HSDD blowers are the latest technology of high-pressure blowers. The range has been designed making use of a vane turbo like impeller designed running at high speed to develop a very efficient blower model. Efficiency levels are up to 90% and about 30% higher than the old side channel blower range.
Due to the high efficiency levels and power saving, the calculated payback can be as quick as 12 months if operated on a 24/365 basis.
The range is ideal for aeration in aquaponic, aquaculture and mariculture.
The units are supplied with variable speed drives, compatible with signal input. If used for oxygenation purposes the unit can be connected to an oxygen sensor controlling the blower to increase air supply when more oxygen is required in the system
