Inline tube fans are generally used for commercial ventilation applications, these applications include toilet extract, smoking room extract, supply air for computer rooms and as fresh air for offices where smaller quantities of fresh air is required, especially in airconditioned spaces.

Where airconditioned spaces are ventilated these fans can also be used in conjunction with a energy recovery unit to reduce the loss of conditioned air.

These inline tube fans are supplied as either mixed flow or with a backward curved impeller.

The mixed flow models offer a higher airflow rate with lower pressure compared to the backward curved models delivering a higher pressure with a lower flow rate.

The TTSILENTM model of the inline tube fan is available where the fan body is specially wrapped and gladded with acoustic material. The models by Cape Fans offers more than just a reduced breakout noise. The method of construction incorporates a silencer effect and dually reduces the induct noise levels and reduced breakout noise.

The electric motor is wired to an external terminal box for quick onsite installation. The fan can be offered with rectangular or circular discharge spigots.
