IMPELLER / FAN DUPLICATION
When the equipment on site is unidentifiable or when the original equipment supplier is no longer in business, we are left with the problem that our plants need to continue with production. We offer a full impeller and or complete fan duplication service as per sample equipment.
Were possible we will take all measurements on site and redesign and supply a new product that can be interchanged with the existing equipment without modifying support structure or ducted systems. It is generally an opportunity to investigate the possibility of increasing fan efficiency / performance, increasing production capacity with no additional power input or reducing running costs.

Impeller copy
Unfortunately it happens that the original equipment supplier no longer exists or the equipment has no relevant name tag to trace back to the original equipment supplier. In these cases the existing impeller can be copied and replaced.
In high stress installations we can offer a FEA on the impeller to ensure the integrity of the newly offered product. CFD analysis can also be rendered to optimise performance and increase efficiency.
